One human. Armed with AI. Aimed at your overhead.
I point frontier AI at your books, payroll, vendors, ad spend and phone lines. I find the fraud, the fat and the wasted labor. Then I build the agents that remove it for good. No team of juniors. No slide decks. Just the one person who actually knows how to do this.
Flat monthly fee · Month to month · You talk to me, not an account rep
AI isn't the advantage. Knowing what to do with it is.
Everyone has the same models now. Your competitors, your vendors and your nephew all have a chatbot. Almost none of them can turn it into a lower payroll line, a caught thief or a phone that never goes unanswered.
The scarce thing is a person who knows exactly what these systems can do this month, who has read a P&L from the owner's chair, and who has the nerve to cut what the numbers say to cut.
That's the whole offer. Not software you have to learn. Not a firm that bills you to study the problem. One operator who shows up with the most powerful tools on earth, opens your data, and tells you in dollars where your business is bleeding.
Then fixes it.
Four ways to "do AI." Only one of them cuts anything.
A consulting firm
AI software
A new hire
Overhead Zero
Fraud. Fat. Friction. In that order.
A person can spot-check a few hundred transactions. AI reads every invoice, every timesheet, every call and every ad dollar from the last twelve months, then cross-checks them against each other. I read what it flags and bring you the ones that hold up.
Fraud
The things nobody on your payroll is going to bring to you.
- Vendor invoices paid twice, or paid to vendors that don't check out
- Overtime and hours that don't match GPS, job records or door logs
- Refunds, discounts and voids clustered around one employee
- Jobs done on your trucks and your time that never reached the system
- Materials and inventory that left the building and never got billed
- Company card spend split to stay under approval limits
Fat
Legal, quiet and renewing automatically every month.
- Software seats nobody has logged into in ninety days
- Lead sellers billing you for junk, duplicates and out-of-area calls
- Supplier prices that crept past what your contract says
- Ad budget feeding keywords and zip codes that never book
- Insurance, telecom, fleet and card processing nobody has rebid in years
- Roles that exist to copy data from one screen to another
Friction
Revenue you already paid to generate, then let walk away.
- Calls that rang out, went to voicemail or were handled badly
- Estimates sent once and never followed up
- Invoices aging because nobody owns collections
- Reports rebuilt by hand every week instead of generated
- Decisions waiting on you because only you have the context
- Paper, email and data entry eating your best people's hours
Finding it is half the job. Then I make sure it can't come back.
Every month I ship working AI agents into your business. Not prototypes and not demos. They run on a schedule, do real work, and report to you.
Phones that never miss
AI answers every call day and night, qualifies it, books it and hands off the ones that need a human.
Books that audit themselves
Every invoice, payroll run and card statement is checked against the rules as it lands. Exceptions hit your phone the same day.
Ad spend watchdog
Daily review of every campaign against booked revenue. Waste gets flagged before the month is spent, not after.
Lead-credit recovery
Bad leads are identified, documented and disputed with the seller automatically. Money you were owed comes back.
The owner's daily brief
One message each morning: yesterday's numbers, what's off, what needs your decision. Built from your systems, not from someone's memory.
Back-office autopilot
Review replies, estimate follow-ups, collections nudges, mail sorting, data entry. The repetitive work goes to machines that don't forget.
Thirty days from handshake to a list of leaks with dollar figures.
Access
We sign an NDA. You grant read-only access to accounting, payroll, your CRM or job system, ad accounts and phones. Nothing gets changed.
X-ray
AI reads the last twelve months end to end and cross-checks every system against the others. I chase down everything it flags.
The findings
A ranked list. Each item has a dollar figure, the evidence behind it and a recommended action. You decide what happens next.
Cut and build
We close the biggest leaks first. I ship automations, re-run the audit on fresh data and move down the list.
- Before
- Data science manager at a Fortune 500 fintech
- Now
- Owner-operator of a multi-trade home services company with trucks, technicians, payroll and a real P&L
- Daily
- Runs that company on AI agents, every day
- Based
- Central Ohio. Working with owners anywhere.
A human who knows AI like no one you've met.
I managed data science at a Fortune 500 fintech, a company built on financial data at enormous scale. Then I left to run a service business. Trucks, technicians, dispatch, payroll, ad budgets, the works.
So I know both sides. I know what the technology can really do, and I know what it feels like to sign the checks.
I run my own company on AI every day. Agents answer my phones, audit my ad spend, dispute bad leads, reply to reviews, sort my mail and brief me each morning. Everything I'll build for you, I've already put to work on my own P&L.
That's why this isn't an agency. When you hire me, you get me: the person who reads your data, makes the call and builds the fix. There is no bench of juniors and no handoff. I take on a small number of clients at a time because that's the only way the work stays this good.
One price. It should pay for itself or you should fire me.
Flat. No hourly billing, no setup fee, no long-term contract.
- Full AI audit of your financials, payroll, vendors, ad spend and calls
- Ranked findings report in the first 30 days, refreshed monthly
- New AI agents and automations built and shipped every month
- Direct line to me. No account managers.
- Everything I build stays yours if we part ways
Third-party software and AI usage are billed at cost with no markup.
What would I have to find?
Move the sliders. These are your assumptions, not my promises.
What I won't tell you.
I won't promise a number before I've seen your data.
Anyone who quotes you savings on a sales call is guessing. I'll tell you what I found after I've looked, with the evidence attached.
I won't call something fraud that isn't.
I bring you anomalies and proof. I'm not a CPA, an attorney or a licensed fraud examiner. What happens next is a call for you and your advisors, and I'll help you brief them.
I won't decide who works for you.
I eliminate work. Sometimes that changes what a role looks like. I'll show you the math plainly; the people decisions are always yours.
Before you book the call.
Is my data safe with you?
We sign an NDA before you share anything. I ask for read-only access wherever a system allows it, use the minimum access each job needs, and work in business-grade AI tools that don't train on your data. When we part ways, access is removed and your data is deleted on request.
What size business is this for?
Owner-led companies with real operations: employees, vendors, ad spend and software subscriptions. If your monthly overhead is a few multiples of my fee or more, there is almost always enough to find. If I don't think I can pay for myself, I'll tell you on the first call.
I'm not in home services. Does this still work?
Yes. Payroll, vendors, subscriptions, marketing and phones look much the same across industries. The methods are data science, not trade knowledge. I've lived the service business, which helps there, but the audit works anywhere money moves through software.
What do you need from me and my team?
System access in week one and about an hour of your time each week. I don't need your staff to learn anything new, and I don't run workshops.
What happens if you find an employee stealing?
You hear it from me privately, with the records that support it. I don't confront anyone and I don't draw legal conclusions. You take it to your attorney or accountant, and I'll package the evidence for them.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whatever is strongest for the job this month. I work across the leading models and automation platforms and I'm not a reseller for any of them, so nothing I recommend earns me a commission.
How do I cancel?
Tell me. It's month to month. Everything I've built keeps running and stays yours.
Let's find out what your business is losing.
A 20-minute call. You tell me how the business runs and where you suspect the leaks are. I tell you straight whether I can pay for myself.
- Send the form. It reaches me directly.
- I reply within one business day to set a time.
- If it's a fit, we sign an NDA and the audit begins.
